Stress – i was cheated by my partner, i trusted, underwent a severe financial crisis. I did not even shared it with anyone, one month complete stress, voice not coming out, some bursting sensation in chest.
After i could not handle it, i said it in my house. I felt cheated, it was my carelessness, i trusted him. No hatred or revenge towards him. It was a fault within me, i blamed myself. I should have been careful.
After this only the thyroid issue started since 2013.
Usually i dont share with anyone, i like to hear sad stories, I am a teacher, when i explain to students, i want them to explain deeply and emotionally, like want them to cry, then they will understand in depth.
