Family – mothers sister- breast cyst. Thyroidectomy done for mother and father.

Past history – BP, Piles and constipation 7th month onwards of pregnancy.

Right breast – sebaceous cyst removed.

Fibroadenoma of both breast with pain in the left arm with left breast.

Hairfall

Left side pain shoulder and arm.

Pain on side of the left breast, evening. Before 1 week for pain increases better after periods.

Fear that this could be cancer.

Tension – it increases during pain.
